• Mobility & Rental Documentation: Driver’s license (SIM C / International Driving Permit) details, vehicle delivery locations, and rental durations for chauffeured or self-drive services.

Your personal data is strictly processed to fulfill contract obligations and enhance client experiences:

• Issuing legally valid Unique Membership Codes and Digital Welcome Packs.
• Facilitating seamless villa stays and coordinating priority room allocations with Authorized Operator hotels.
• Dispatching chauffeured vehicles or premium scooters directly to guest locations.
• Providing monthly financial transparency reports for villa owners under our management umbrella.

Data is shared exclusively with verified operational partners (such as partner hotel operators like Aviary Hotel Bintaro and D'Best Hotel Bandung, ground transport coordinators, and legal registries) solely to execute reserved services.
